Unwinding device
1.With automatic tension monitor.
2.Equipped with plug type and pneumatic locking device.
Round bottom gusset device
The single film of stand up bag is folden by the device,the bottom
not be cutted.
Third film inserted stand up device
This device is horizontal expected level with photoelectric
tracking with centralized control of the host computer with the
computer on pneumatic control.
Zipper ultrasonic device
1.The zipper ultrasonic device make the zipper seal much more
stronger with a independent controller.
2.Zipper flattening adopt 2 groups heating.
Vertical sealing device
1.Vertical-sealing for zipper adopts 1 group for heating
fluctuation.
2.Vertical-sealing for side sealing adopt 5groups for heating
fluctuation,cooling fluctuation from up and down.
Bottom sealing device
Bottom sealing adopt 3 groups heating fluctuation, 1 group for
cooling fluctuation.
Automatic Conveyor Belt
1. Collect table adopt automatic collecting bag feeding
(intermission model and continuum model).
2.When the bag reach to a certainty quantity, conveyor belt will
move automatically, and continue producing.
Pneumatic punch before use
1, before the use of the punching machine, be sure to check whether
there is residue in the punch part, especially the knife edge and
the lower die part, do not let the debris attached to the punch and
the lower die.
2, after the inspection, to the punch to add an appropriate amount
of lubricating oil (that is, the punch and guide sleeve contact
part), pay attention to the edge of the oil with cloth wipe clean,
so as not to residue attached to the knife edge.
3, it is recommended to use lubricating oil: pure oil or butter
(mold precision is high enough, the priority is to use oil, butter
is the choice to make up for the low accuracy)
Pneumatic punching machine in use
1. When the punching machine continues to work, it is necessary to
add lubricating oil once or replace the new oil once to keep the
punch and guide sleeve lubricated.
2, when using, it is necessary to clean up the residue of the
punching machine in time, especially to observe that there is no
material residue under the mold, and then start the machine after
cleaning.
3, when using, pay attention to whether the punching machine is
loose or abnormal sound phenomenon (such as impact mold), such as
abnormal, it is recommended to stop in time for processing.
4, When the position of the hole is found to be offset, you can not
use the machine to beat, can not force the hammer.
After the pneumatic punching machine is used
1, after use, first wipe the surface of the punching machine,
especially wipe the die parts below the punch.
2, add lubricating oil to the punch and the lower die part, press
the punch to the lowest position, so as to better protect the knife
edge and the lower die from damage.
