1, boot stepper motor has noise, can not send film. Solution:
(1) Check whether the main motor steering is correct and adjust to
the correct direction indicated by the arrow.
(2) Whether the stepper motor driver shows fault, turn off the main

working process, the feeding size is more than 5mm shorter than the

(1) The adjustment method and working state of the photoelectric

(2) The preset film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag)
and the actual bag size error is too large, should be reset the
length of the line or adjust the pressure, adjust the device.
(3) The film resistance is too large or the quality of the previous
process products is poor, should be checked and replaced. 5. Low
discharge speed or abnormal operation.
Treatment methods:
(1) The eye position switch is in poor contact or the CAM Angle is
not good, should be adjusted or replaced.
