how the machine typically works :

1. Kraft Paper Roll Loading: The machine is equipped with a roll holder or spindle where a roll of Kraft paper is loaded. The roll contains a long strip of Kraft paper.

2. Paper Feeding: The Kraft paper is unrolled from the roll and fed into the machine. The length of paper fed depends on the size and shape of the product being packaged.

3. Cutting Mechanism: A cutting mechanism, often consisting of a serrated blade or rotary cutter, is used to cut the Kraft paper to the desired length. The length is determined by the machine settings and the specific packaging needs.

4. Paper Crumpling: Once the Kraft paper is cut to the appropriate length, it is crumpled or folded by the machine. This crumpling process creates a cushioning material that is used to fill the voids and protect the products in the packaging.

5. Void Filling: The crumpled Kraft paper is dispensed into the packaging, filling empty spaces and voids around the product. This void filling serves to immobilize the product and prevent it from shifting during transportation, reducing the risk of damage.

6. Product Placement: The product is then placed on top of the layer of crumpled Kraft paper. Additional layers of crumpled paper may be added as needed.

7. Packaging Completion: Once the product is appropriately cushioned and the voids are filled, the packaging process is completed. The box or container is sealed, and the product is ready for shipping.
