Introduction
Rock wool products are mainly made of basalt as the main raw
material. After being melted in a towering furnace, the basalt is
melted into inorganic fibers at high temperatures using high-speed
coreless equipment, and binders, polishing agents, and silicone oil
are added at the same time. According to different requirements, we
can manufacture various products such as rock wool boards, rock
wool pipes, and rock wool blankets. Widely used in various
high-temperature pipelines, storage tanks, and equipment insulation
fields such as petrochemicals and metals. It can also be used for
insulation and sound absorption of ships, building walls and
ceilings, as well as soilless cultivation of vegetables, fruits,
and flowers

Application
Rock Glass wool board can be used in applications where operating
temperatures do not exceed 650 °c such as process temperature
control, energy conservation, condensation prevention, acoustic
absorption treatment and personnel protection for plant and
equipment. The Mesh facing provides additional strength and
flexibility allowing the product to form and hold form around
process equipment, ductwork and large diameter piping.
