Surface packaging details :
1: Coils covered with waterproof protective packing materails ;
2: Then loaded in strong metal pallets +angle bar protection +steel
strip ;
3: Well loaded and be transported to the loading port .
The innner size container as below :
1: 20ft GP: 5.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.18m(high) about
24-26CBM ;
2: 40ft GP: 11.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.18m(high) about 54CBM

3: 40ft HG: 11.8m(length) x 2.13m(width) x 2.72m(high) about 68CBM.
Production matters:
1. Before startup, check whether the rotating parts and electrical
parts of the equipment are safe and reliable. If there are
abnormalities, find relevant personnel to repair them in time.

2. The materials shall be stacked neatly in the work site, and
there shall be no obstacles on the passage.
3. Operators must wear work clothes, fasten the cuffs and corners,
and wear work hats, gloves and protective glasses.
4. During start-up, it is strictly prohibited to clean, refuel and
repair the equipment, and clean the work site. It is forbidden to
touch the steel belt and rotating part by hand when driving.
5. It is forbidden to put tools or other articles on the equipment
or protective cover when driving.
6. When using the electric hoist crane, observe the safety
operation procedures of the electric hoist, check whether the steel
wire rope is complete and easy to use, and pay attention to whether
the hook is hung properly. It is not allowed to lift the steel belt
obliquely or hang the steel belt in the air during production.
7. When the work is completed or the power is cut off halfway, the
power supply shall be cut off immediately.
