Product Usage:
MLGT rice huller machine is mainly used for hulling rice and separating husk from the mixture of paddy and husk.
Product Features:
1.With a couple of face-to-face, non-uniform velocity rubber
roller, under pressure, the machine squeezes and twines paddy so as
to get rid of paddy husk, then separate brown rice from husk by the
outside induction draft fan.This will prevent dust spill out.
2.Speed gearbox allows the switch between slow and fast rollers in
turn without replacing them out.This will extend the life span.
3.Hanging the ram to counterweight the tight roller,which makes the
damping performance very good.

Characteristic:

Working Principles:
The paddy is fed into the two rollers evenly after pass the drip
plate (or feeding rollers and drip plate), the rollers in a same
diameter rotating reversely in different line speeds, and the paddy
is squeezed, rubbed and teared while it goes through the two
rollers.
Most of the paddy is husked; afterward, the husk is separated out
in the separating device; and then the rice husk is sucked out by
the suction outlet.
