How to realize that the patient information and vital sign data of
the monitor are transferred from the operating room to the ICU, and
from the ward to other departments without losing the data during
the transfer. We can achieve this through CF card storage media.
This product ICF4000 has a memory capacity of 4GB. It is a small
black rectangular CF card. When inserting, you need to insert it
into the patient monitor's data storage port according to its size.
Let it transfer patient data and settings between monitors without
having to repeatedly enter patient information or change settings.
The transfer of patient data also makes it easy for you to
understand the patient's historical monitoring status. Patient data
that can be transferred includes: basic patient information,
physiological parameter trend data, alarm events, and alarm limit
settings for each parameter.
►How to do it:
1. Select [Main Menu] → [Patient Management >>].
2. Select [Export patient data] and select
[OK]: Execute the operation of transferring out patient data.
[Cancel]: Return to the patient management menu.
3. When the system prompts [Patient transfer successful, please
pull out the CF memory card], you can remove the CF memory card
from the monitor.
Transfer patient data to the monitor
1. Insert the CF memory card into the target monitor.
2. In the pop-up [Patient Data Transfer] menu, you can select the
following corresponding operations according to the actual
situation:
[Transfer to patient]: The monitor will start executing the patient
transfer procedure.
[Abandon transfer]: The monitor does not transfer to the patient.
[Unload memory card]: The monitor does not transfer to the patient
and unloads the CF memory card.
3. If you select [Transfer Patient], in the pop-up [Patient Data
Transfer] menu, you can select the patient data content that needs
to be transferred. [Patient Information] is a required option.
After selecting [OK], the system will automatically compare whether
the patient information in the monitor and the storage medium to be
transferred are consistent. After the patient data transfer is
completed, the prompt message "Patient data transfer successful"
will be displayed.
► Notice:
During the data transfer process, do not remove the CF card storage
medium, otherwise the data files may be damaged.
