Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: We have two ways of delivering the products, one way is
delivering by sea which normally takes 30 days and the second way
is to deliver by air which is comparatively fast so it takes almost
15 days.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we offer samples for free but the customer has to pay for
the delivery charges only.
Q: How do you ship the goods?
A: We have our cooperation forwarder, they can deliver the goods to
you in very short time with competitive price, and you can ship by
your own agent as your convenience.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance.
Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T + 50% Mold Fees in advance, balance
before shippment.
B: FOB Tianjin/Beijing. Or EXW, CIF, DUU, ETC
Q. What raw material do you use?
A: stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, galvanized steel,
aluminum alloy, brass, copper, etc.
Q. What finishes can you provide?
A: powder coating, polishing, zinc/nickel /chrome plating,
painting, anodized,hot dip galvanized,
sandblasted, etc.
Q. How do you ensure quality control?
A: First of all, Our company is aiming to avoid any problems before
the production. So we will
confirm every detailes before the quotation. Once the order is
confirmed, we will also re-confirm
all the detailes with the customer. Only by this way, we can avoid
the mistakes and save the cost
for us.
Secondly,Our company has a strict requirment for our suppliers on
the quality control. They must be
performed according to ISO9001:2008 Standard. Such as Initial
sample test, last sample test, Random
