Block ice has a large dimension but has small contact area so it does not melt easily. It is usually cut into different pieces for different uses in ice sculpture, sea shipping and fish vessels. The small pieces of block ice can be also be used for various purposes. There will be a little loss because the ice will thaw partly when crushed. Focusun offers both transparent and milky white ice for your preference.

Direct refrigeration transparent block ice machine uses cold source to cool the floor. The machine storage the water on ice holding plate by mould.

Different from the traditional brine system five sides freezing method, direct refrigeration transparent block ice machine is only one side frozen at the bottom, so the ice forming speed is slow.

According to the size of ice, ambient temperature, the temperature of inlet water, the ice making time of direct refrigeration transparent block ice machine is about 72~96hours.

FOCUSUN engineers suggest to adopt transparent ice using direct refrigeration technology with thickness less than 25 centimeters, the weight of ice blocks less than 75 kg in order to obtain the best transparency.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in platict films or cartons, normally a FCL shipping.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. You're welcome to see the test of the machines for days.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45 to 60 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: No, all the machines are customized according to power supply ice size in difference. We don't provide sample.
