Focusun direct refrigeration block ice machine adopts advanced
technology in refrigeration industry. After a direct heat exchange
between the refrigerant and the water, in 5 to 11 hours, the water
is frozen to ice; Then, the PLC controls the machine automatically
in the ice doffing process.
The direct refrigeration system uses hot freon so the doffing
process is quick. The aluminum evaporator adopts the special
technique to ensure that the ice meets the food grade standard.
In addition to saving labor and power consumption, its unique
modular design saves more area than that of the traditional brine
system block ice machine.
