TOYOTA 2012 RAV4 Smart Key Programmer
Toyota 2012- RAV4 Smart key use Toyota’s latest anti-theft system.
Key full- lost need demolish certification ECU((Anti-theft Box) and
the Smart ECU(Intelligent Anti-theft Box ) to program. According to
Toyota 4S shop maintenance program, you need to replace the ECU (
Anti-theft Box ) and Smart ECU( Intelligent control Box ) and the
whole lock.
TOYOTA 2012 RAV4 Smart Key Programmer Using Method
Please try to use ordinary programmer to read data 93C46 and save
data 93C86 , and then operate according to the following steps.
1. Remove the ECU anti-theft box, weld the Storage IC－93C46 in
Toyota programming corresponding position. Connect the USB cable to
the computer, indicator light will light up in slow flash state.
Press the switch power, the indicator light will start to flash in
fast state. After 10 seconds the indicator light is off, it means
the operation has been successful. Please put the Storage 93C46
back to the anti-theft box.
2. Remove the Intelligent anti-theft box, weld the Storage IC－93C86
in Toyota programming corresponding position. Connect the USB cable
to the computer, indicator light will light up in slow flash state.
Press the switch power, the indicator light will start to flash in
fast state. After 10 seconds the indicator light is off, it means
the operation has been successful. Please put the Storage 93C86
back to the Intelligent anti-theft box.
3. Equip well anti-theft box, Intelligent anti-theft box in the car
and then you can turn on the power directly, and press the ignition
switch on the light meter, use CI-PROG 300 key programmer then you
can increases new smart card directly. the instrument will prompt
the operator, allowing you to use the original key close to
ignition switch, you simply take one original key and close to
ignition switch, the car will make " Beep" one sound, one will be
successful, and the second is the same. After smart key increases
successfully, remember to first open the switches, so that steering
lock ECU actions before they can press the remote device, generally
increases with the original data modification smart card can
directly start the car, and if steering ECU will move after playing
motor vehicle vain, we must shorting OBDII 4 13 feet, synchronous
45 minutes you can start car.
