Galvanized Steel Coil Striping/Steel Sheet Production Process:
1.Surface Preparation: The steel surface is cleaned and treated to
remove impurities, ensuring proper adhesion of the zinc layer.
2.Galvanization: The steel is dipped into a bath of molten zinc,
where a chemical reaction forms a zinc-iron alloy layer on the
surface.
3.Cooling and Quenching: The coated steel is cooled and quenched to
solidify the zinc layer.
4.Finishing: The galvanized steel undergoes various finishing
processes, including skin passing and/or tension leveling, to
achieve desired thickness and flatness.
