Product introduction of Color Coated Steel Coils
PPGI Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel Coilt also called Color-coated
coils ,It use hot-dip galvanized sheets, hot-dip galvalume sheets,
electro-galvanized sheets, etc. as substrates. After surface
pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion
treatment), one or several layers of organic coatings are coated on
the surface, and then A product that is baked and solidified.
Colored steel coils are named after being coated with organic
coatings of various colors, referred to as color-coated coils.

1.PPGI-Hot-dip galvanized color coated steel sheet(pre-painted
galvanized steel sheet)
The product obtained by coating an organic coating on a hot-dip
galvanized steel sheet is a hot-dip galvanized color-coated plate.
In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the hot-dip
galvanized color-coated sheet also protects against rust and has a
longer service life than hot-dip galvanized sheet;
2.PPGL-Hot-dip aluminum-zinc color coated sheet(pre-painted
galvalume steel sheet)
Hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheets can also be used as color-coated
substrates (55% AI-Zn and 5% AI-Zn)
PPGL steel is a durable, colorful, and economical building
material. It is the abbreviation for pre-painted galvalume steel,
which is with Al-Zn coated steel sheet substrate. Then the Al-Zn
coated steel is painted continuously in coil form. Because of its
excellent heat and corrosion resistance, it has become the

3.Electro plated zinc color coated sheet

Silicon modified polyester(SMP): Good abrasion resistance and heat resistance, as well as good

medium cost.
High Durability Polyester(HDP): Excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance,
excellent outdoor durability and anti-pulverization, good paint
film adhesion, rich color, excellent cost performance.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF): Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor
durability and chalking
resistance,excellent solvent resistance, good moldability, stain
resistance, limited color, and high cost.
