A: Yes, we are a machinery factory that located in Guangzhou,

2: Q: Do you have certificates ?
A: Yes. CE, GMP quality.
3: Q: What are the payment methods?
A: T/T, Cash, Western Union is accepted. For regular order, 50%
front payment, 50% balance before shiping.
4: Q: What's the lead time ?
A: Usually our delivery time is around 30 to 45 days.
5: Q: Do you support OEM/ODM?
A: Yes, we can accept OEM/ODM.
6: Q: How to pay Express Charge if order samples ?
A: If you have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, samples would be sent
under freight collected through your account.
If you don't have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, we have to
calculate freight cost with EXPRESS Company first, before we send
the machine, you could pay freight charge directly to our company
account.
7: Q: Deliver goods by air or by ship ?
A: Both are okay, you would choose your agent or we would arrange
for you.
8: Q: How to visit your factory ?
A: You can visit our factory at work time, just make an appointment
