Shrink packaging machines are utilized for the efficient packaging
of various products or containers using shrink film. These shrink
packing machines are specifically designed to securely wrap
products and create a sealed enclosure through the application of
heated sealant. Shrink film can be manufactured using a wide range
of materials, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and
other compatible options.
The fully automatic shrink packaging machine mainly consists of a
wrapping machine, a heat shrink channel conveyor, etc. The
conveying device sends the packaged items into the packaging
machine according to the packaging specifications, wraps and seals
them with shrink film, and then enters the heat shrink channel to
shrink the film and wrap the items tightly.
The heat shrink device employs a hot air system to heat the wrapped
items, causing the film to shrink. The wrapped items are placed on
a conveyor belt and conveyed to the heat shrink device (tunnel),
where they are exposed to hot air for heating. Following the
heating process, the film tightly conforms to the packaging and is
subsequently cooled before being outputted. Typically, electric
heating is used in most heat shrink tunnels. To ensure uniform heat
distribution and consistent film shrinkage, an automatic
temperature control device is commonly incorporated to maintain a
stable temperature. Additionally, a forced circulation system is
implemented to facilitate air movement and film circulation. In the
transmission system, there is usually a stepless speed regulating
device or a speed regulating motor, enabling convenient adjustment
of the heat shrinkage time.
