Technical Features

1. Under the action of upwelling water, the material in the tube can achieve the purpose of granularity grading or specific gravity separation, with high production efficiency and low energy consumption automatic control system ,

2. Equipment with automatic control system ,The parameter of the automatic control system can be adjusted then change the grading particle size and easy to operate.

3. The water tank under the barrel equipment with special installation , When the water is stopped, the upper water hole is closed automatically, which prevents the material in the tube from blocking the hole and entering the water tank

Working Principe

The mixture of the sand and water are fed from the top through the feeder trough ,moving down in the cylinder body at the action of the gravity . There is an empty water jet plate at the bottom of the barrel, which gradually forms a fluidized bed when the rising water interacts with the falling solid particles . Particles of different particle sizes will fall down or move up at a blocked drop rate at the volume concentration . With the help of electronic pressure sensor, the pressure condition of the sulfide bed layer can be measured and the opening degree of the ore discharge valve can be automatically adjusted to ensure the accurate separation classification as required
