YD series rotary vane vacuum pump is a single-stage multi-rotor vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, which is a basic equipment for obtaining vacuum. It has a rotor installed eccentrically with the pump body and tangent to the fixed true line on the surface of the pump body. There are three rotary vanes that can slide radially in the rotor groove. When the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force keeps the rotary vanes in constant contact with the inner wall of the pump body. The rotary vanes divide the pump chamber into three working chambers whose volumes can be changed periodically. The periodic changes in the volume of the working chamber enable the pump to complete suction and exhaust. With each revolution, the pump removes a portion of the gas in the container until the ultimate pressure of the vacuum pump is reached.
