Iterative process and advanced equipment
1. The acrylic sheet casting process adopts the dry constant
temperature polymerization method. The acrylic sheet reaches the
suitable polymerization temperature, and its performance is
obviously superior to the traditional pool bath method of other
manufacturers. The acrylic sheet produced by AUPOOL has a stable
structure. 2. It has international advanced gantry sawing machine,
gantry water grinder and other plate processing equipment; it has a
large drying room with a length of 15 meters and a width of 5
meters, and the drying room is equipped with a thermal circulation
fan. 3. It has its own independent acrylic material laboratory,
adopts national standard testing equipment, and starts control from
the source end of sheet production to prevent substandard products
from flowing into the next process to ensure the quality of
finished products
