Mucking Crawler
Mucking Loader also called hagloader or excavator loader (commonly
known as: grilled slag machine), is a continuous high efficiency
mining equipment.
The product is extensively used in mine slope and the vertical
shaft of each kind of section of excavating roadway loading
operation, and phosphate rock ore, iron ore, fierce and so on all
kinds of ores mining loading operation, at the same time, the
product also was widely used in building the railway tunnel, and
road tunnel, diversion engineering, etc. Various kinds of tunneling
engineering.
The product is a four-wheel drive, with large driving force, wide
extraction range, full-section loading rock, no dead corners, no
need manual auxiliary cleaning. The product is a chain conveyor
material, completely replacing the belt to conveying material, and
using life increased more than 30 times.
The product adopts module production to facilitate downhole
installation work, small body, compact structure, low gravity
center, flexible maneuverability and stable work. It is an

The command staff must be easy to distinguish, for example, by
wearing warning clothing. They must be in the visual field of the
equipment operator. In command of the equipment, the command staff
cannot be engaged in other distractive work.
Dangers of falling objects
.In the place with a risk of falling objects, the mucking loader
can be used only when the top of operating platform is equipped
with a protective cover. If there is a risk of material entering
into the cab, the front protective cover must be used.
.On the front of wall (e.g., working face or stock column), the
position and operation method of the mucking loader must ensure
that the driver's seat and the door on the side of the cab avoid
the wall surface.
.When the mucking loader is used for demolition work, ensure that
there is no personal hazard, the equipment is equipped with a top
protective cover (large cover), and the driver's cab is provided
with a positive protective plate and suitable accessories.
