Tunnel Loader
When the mucking loader is delivered to the operator, the following
matters shall be completed:
Operator's guidance:
Through the practical training on the mucking loader, the
"operation guidance" shall be explained in detail (page by page) to
the operator.
Matters of particular importance include:
• The accident prevention regulations issued by the principal
liability insurance association of local country.
• Technical data.
• Operator control, instructions and warnings.
• Inspection before use of mucking loader.
• Explanation of hydrostatic crawler drive.
• Driving.
• Recovery and transportation of mucking loader.
• Operations of all functions.
• Tension and adjustment of track chain.
• Explain maintenance intervals and points to the operator according
to the "maintenance and inspection plan".
• According to the "lubrication form", these lubrication points are
demonstrated on the mucking loader and the lubrication intervals
and points are explained to the operator.
