    1. Heat transfer plates serve as the essential components in plate heat exchangers. They are specifically designed to facilitate efficient heat exchange between fluids. These plates play a crucial role in separating the fluids and enabling the transfer of heat energy. Heat transfer plates can be utilized for various applications, including heating, preheating, cooling, and condensation. They are assembled according to design specifications, either forming a gasketed plate heat exchanger with tight seals or a fully welded plate heat exchanger. The proper assembly of the plates ensures effective heat transfer and prevents any leakage or mixing of the fluids. These plates are compatible with different brands of plate heat exchangers, such as , ACCESSEN, GEA (Kelvion), APV, Sondex, Tranter, Hisaka, API, Funke, Vicarb, Mueller, SWEP, Fischer, AGC, Thermalwave, ITT, LHE, DHP, and more.

    Selection of plate material for plate heat exchangers:

    1. Common tap water:For pure water applications, stainless steel 304 is commonly chosen. However, for well water, river water, closed-loop circulating water, and other complex media, stainless steel 316 is preferred due to its superior corrosion resistance compared to 304. In the case of seawater, pure titanium (GR1) is the preferred choice due to the high concentration of chloride ions. Alternatively, for a cost-effective option, super stainless steel 254SMO can be used in environments with higher chloride ion content than 316.
    2. Acid:For dilute sulfuric acid with a concentration below 10% and a temperature below 50℃, stainless steel 316 can be used. However, if the concentration is higher, materials such as stainless steel 904L, 254SMO, or Hastelloy alloy C276 are required. The same principle applies to phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid.
    3. Steam:Steam conditions are commonly encountered. In the southern regions, stainless steel 316L is typically chosen since steam temperatures are generally above 120℃. In the northern regions, considering cost factors, some customers may opt for stainless steel 304. However, it should be noted that prolonged use of stainless steel 304 in high-temperature steam applications may result in deformation of the plate heat exchanger.
    4. Oil:For general equipment lubricating oil and hydraulic oil applications, stainless steel 304 is suitable. For high-temperature heat transfer oil, where high-temperature resistance is required, stainless steel 316 is recommended.
