Products Description

Film greenhouse is also called plastic greenhouse, usually adopt circular arch structure, can be single span or multi-span. The overall shape is beautiful and elegant. Comparing with glass and PC sheet, film is much lighter, the weight load of the steel structure is much lower. The steel structure is made of high quality carbon steel with inside and outside hot galvanized layer which will be not less than 60um. Most connections of greenhouse structure are installed directly by screws or Self tapping screws. The warranty period of standard skeleton is 15 years, but the actual service life will be more than 20 years.

150/200 microns UV PE Film with life 3-5 years UV treated polyethylene film has function of anti-UV, anti-aging and anti-drip, will be fixed by special film lock channel and wiggle wire.

System configuration

Inside Shading System is installed in the greenhouse, fixed on the truss and with the frame of greenhouse. Inside shading net is made by white aluminum-alloy materials, fastened by white polyester strings.

Internal heat overflow of greenhouse through radiation heat exchange can be stopped effectively in winter and at night so as to reduce energy consumption and reduce.

The ventilation system is divided into top and surrounding ventilation systems. Top ventilation is rack window.The surrounding ventilation system is electric film roll up film motor.
