Working principle

Basic conditions for process operation:
1. Feed water content: the water content should be maintained at 70%±5;
2. The temperature should be maintained between 50~65°C, and the time of maintaining above 55°C should be more than 3 days;
3. Carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N): (20-30): 1;
4. The pH value is controlled between 7~8.5;
5. Organic matter content: content ≥20%;

1. Short construction period, 7-15 days for installation and construction;
2. Sealed treatment, less heat loss, short fermentation time;
3. The treatment effect is good, the process and the product are stable;
4. 304 stainless steel is used inside the equipment, which has good durability and long service life;
