Guardrail post, as a holder of highway guardrails, generally determines the barrier's performance during collisions. The guardrail posts we supply are well designed and made of high quality steel, such as Q235, Q345 and Q255 or depend on your needs. Additionally, it features a long service life due to its anti-rust and corrosion resistant characters.

In the assembly of high-speed guardrail, the post plays the role of connecting the top and the bottom, that is to say, one end of the post is connected with the spacer and guardrail, and the other end is firmly fixed on the ground, so as to support the whole guardrail component and protect vehicles and pedestrians to deviate from the track due to impact on the guardrail.

U Post is the most widely used column on the road guardrail

U-shaped post is the simplest structure in the road security guardrail and the most commonly used post in the international market. It is generally made of Q235 strip steel or higher grade strip steel according to the requirements of customers through punching machine and then through hydraulic bending machine forming.
After forming, the U-shaped post is in the shape of U. One end of it is connected to the U-shaped spacer and the guardrail by bolts, and the other end is buried in the earth by a pile driver or fastened on the cement road surface by flannel, thus playing a supporting role for the whole guardrail and preventing vehicles or pedestrians from rushing out and causing secondary damage due to traffic accidents.
The surface of U-shaped post is generally treated by hot-dip galvanizing process. This surface treatment method can effectively prevent corrosion, withstand high temperature and have a long life. Meanwhile, its appearance is simple and easy to assemble and replace accessories.
