Guardrail Spacer —— Galvanized Steel Spacer For Highway Guardail Barrier

Guardrail Block refers to Prevention block,blocker,block-out.in some places,it was named “SPACER” or “Separator”. It refers to the part between guardrail and post,and with many different shapes or designs.Bock itself is an energy absorbing part, so it could make the guardrail deform gradually during the sudden collisions.thus is conducive to energy absorption, reduce occupant casualties; at the same time, the block could allocate the crash energy to guardrail and post,thereby increase the overall strength and tension of the guardrail system.
The guardrail block is installed between the guardrail and the post with the function of energy absorbing. If there is no block,it has to force the vehicles to stop through the deformation of the guardrail,the post and the roadbed.

Box-shaped anti-blocking block, the appearance is like a box, by steel belt punching formed after welding, after hot dip galvanized, the surface is clean, anti-corrosion, it looks like every trapezoidal surface, strong bearing capacity, impact resistance, can resist the collision of out-of-control vehicles, effectively prevent vehicles or pedestrians out of the road. The box block is usually used in combination with the C-shaped post to support the guardrail. One end of the box is connected to the C-shaped post and the other end is connected to the guardrail plate to act as a bond.

1) 30% in advance by T/T ,70% by L/C; or
2) 100% by L/C; or
3) Negotiate according to the order status.

A: FOB China port is recommended for guardrails,but CNF/CIF destination port is also acceptable.

Q5: What is the delivery time for guardrails?
A: Normal production time for guardrail sets will be about 35 days, and the final delivery time will be confirmed according tothe guardrail order items and quantities.

A: Yes, the test for guardrail order can be arranged as per requirement, SGS test is recommended, and we could even do the test report in the name of customers' company.
