Guardrail Block refers to Prevention block,blocker,block-out.in some places,it was named “SPACER” or “Separator”. It refers to the part between guardrail and post,and with many different shapes or designs. Bock itself is an energy absorbing part,so it could make the guardrail deform gradually during the sudden collisions.thus is conducive to energy absorption, reduce occupant casualties; at the same time,the block could allocate the crash energy to guardrail and post,thereby increase the overall strength and tension of the guardrail system.
The guardrail block is installed between the guardrail and the post with the function of energy absorbing. If there is no block,it has to force the vehicles to stop through the deformation of the guardrail,the post and the roadbed.

The H-type block is made of H-steel, which is directly truncated and perforated. The production process is simple and the cost is low, and it is mainly used in Developed countries such as Europe. This high-speed guardrail structure has strong bearing capacity and strong strength, which can effectively prevent vehicles from rushing out after collision and avoid secondary accidents. The H-shaped block is mainly used in conjunction with the H-shaped post, which is connected with the guardrail plate on one side and the post on the other side to play a role of bond. The whole block is assembled into the highway guardrail to effectively prevent vehicles from deviating from the track. H - type highway guardrail components generally do hot - dip galvanized treatment, anticorrosion, enhance the life of guardrail.

3. Surface Treatment: Hot dipped galvanized or powder coated
4. Zinc coating thickness (double sides): 550 g/m2 (40µ) / 1100 g/m2 (80µ) / 1200 g/m2 (85µ)
5. Relevant parts required for guard rails: post, spacer (C, U and Sigma types etc) ,end and fasteners
6. Other special specification as per client's requirement or drawings.
