Zirconia nozzles are manufactured from different type of raw materials, chemical content, physical specifications and sizes depending on the service application. We choose high quality zirconia as the main material. In order to improve the thermal shock stability, MgO, Y2O3, CaO stabilizing agents are added to the mix. These agents also improve the life of use.
