Function:
1. Vacuum Separately: vacuum the gas from the recovery tank.
2. Pump out/Recharge: Pump out the store tank and recharge into a certain amount of refrigerant.
3. Recharge: Recharge a certain amount of refrigerant into the store tank with refrigerant already.
