forced extrusion, transportation, puffing, molding, drying, oil
spraying, seasoning and corresponding auxiliary processes.
A brief introduction to the structure of the machine:
The machine consists of five parts: extrusion system, lubrication
system, thrust mechanism, transmission system, and heating system.
The main components of the twin screw extrusion system are screws
and screw sleeves. Both screws are left-handed, meshing with each
other and rotating in the same direction. During the working
process, the materials adhered to the screw are scraped and ground
against each other, and pushed forward. The screw is composed of
seven parts, and four semicircular grooves are evenly distributed
along the axis direction. All threads are trapezoidal, increasing
the contact area between the material and the sleeve, facilitating
absorption and heating, and facilitating the maturation of the
material; On the other hand, when passing through the last section
of the screw, the material can fully withstand the shear force,
increase internal energy, and complete the expansion. The screw is
connected with a spline shaft sleeve to form an overall concentric
screw. This connection method has good interchangeability, is easy
to assemble and disassemble, and is easy to replace.
The lubrication system consists of a petroleum gear pump, oil tank,
and oil circuit, which forcibly lubricates and cools the rotating
parts of the distribution box.
