The main process configuration of our fish feed production
equipment production line is as follows (the specific actual
configuration needs to be determined based on the different needs
of each customer):
1. Raw material screening: automatic feeding concentration, precise
selection of impurities, ensuring the hygiene, quality, and
uniformity of raw materials
2. Mixing and stirring (overall automated mixing and stirring):
automatic conveying, deep mixing, uniform mixing
3. Centralized crushing: secondary mixing of medium precision fine
powder to ensure the smoothness and uniformity of the surface of
the extruded particles in the later stage
4. Automatic feeding: a composite centralized feeding system
combining Jiaolong conveying, plate chain lifting, and hopper
feeding
5. Humidity adjustment and mixing: Large production, centralized
mixing and homogenization, less manual labor, large mixing volume,
meeting the raw material requirements of the entire assembly line
6. Extrusion and expansion: Forming, aging, and expansion are
integrated, and after deep tempering and mixing, double screw
extrusion and expansion are formed in one go
7. Homogeneous drying:
High temperature, uniform temperature, complete drainage and drying
at once, ensuring a long shelf life and enhancing the oil
permeability of later seasoning
8. Deep seasoning: The integration of automated stirring seasoning
and oil spraying enhances the aesthetics, taste, and odor of the
particle surface
9. Cooling and cooling: In streamlined operations, the prerequisite
for centralized packaging must be thorough cooling, which is a key
link
10. Automatic packaging: centralized and automated bagging,
warehousing or transportation
11. Centralized control (overall automation configuration of the
assembly line): The centralized control of the entire assembly line
is a necessary element and condition for modern fish and grain
production lines and workshops
