Maintenance

1. The engine oil and oil filter element must be relatively genuine and replaced according to the prescribed maintenance intervals. Old engines require more careful care, and the oil and filter replacement time can be shortened as appropriate to extend the engine life.

2. Try to use diesel provided by regular gas stations. Even if diesel is added at regular gas stations, do not add it directly to the fuel tank. Filter it before adding it (a common method is to put socks on the fuel port).

3. Drain water at the bottom of the diesel tank and the oil-water separator before starting work every day. Purchase genuine diesel filter elements and replace them according to the prescribed maintenance intervals. To clarify, the main filter element has fine filter paper and a large amount of impurities intercepted, so it is easier to get clogged. The replacement cycle of the main filter element is shorter than that of the sub-factory filter element, so it is not a good filter element that is not clogged for a long time.

4. Check the air filter element frequently. If the outer filter element is dusty, blow it with compressed air from the inside out. The air pressure should not be too high to prevent the filter element from being blown open. The inner filter cannot be cleaned by blowing. Clean the outer filter 2 or 3 times and replace it with a new one at the same time as the inner filter.

5. Do not idle for a long time in order to save fuel and prevent carbon accumulation.

6. Check the water tank pump every day to prevent water shortage and leakage, which may cause engine high temperature or cylinder flushing.
