The machine Adopted Picosecond IR Ultra-fast Lasers are robust and affordable, it produces high energy pulses with durations below 10 ps. The laser is based on a hybrid optical amplier architecture that combines the advantages of fiber laser technology with solid state diode pumped multi-pass ampliers. Compact and water-cooled, this laser is low maintenance and never needs realignment. With burst mode optional, it could be suitable for variety applications with low cost!

3 . Support cutting segments in one, separate cutting , separate segments ;

4 . X/Y axis motor adopts high-end linear motor, Germany 0.1um digital grating ruler ;

5 . Motion control standard PSO function , uniform control of laser spot spacing ;

6 . The device aligns CCD and telecentric vision lens to accurately identify mark points such as circle and cross .

7 . The electrical components are made by Schneider of France, and the switching power supply is made by Taiwan Mingwei .

Fully automated asynchronous intelligent loading and unloading structure

Dual-platform processing saves loading and unloading time. For materials with relatively simple cutting patterns, the asynchronous loading and unloading structure can double the processing capacity. The whole set of equipment realizes the highly integrated glass material from the material frame reclaiming to the laser cutting and the cutting down to the material frame, which can realize the unmanned operation of the whole process.
