Processing technology:

1. Blank preparation: Prepare appropriate blanks according to the specifications and material requirements of the gear. Commonly used blank materials include cast steel, forged steel and cast iron.

5. Assembly and adjustment: Assemble and adjust the processed gears to achieve the required installation position and matching accuracy. After assembly is completed, inspection and testing are required to ensure the transmission performance and stability of the gears.
