A 90° bevel gear is a type of bevel gear. Its core feature is that the input and output shafts are arranged at a 90° angle (the axes of the driving and driven gears are perpendicular to each other).
Working Principle of 90-degree Gears

Power is transmitted from the input shaft to the driving spiral bevel gear. Through meshing, the gears transfer the power to the driven spiral bevel gear, thereby changing the power transmission direction and speed. In this process, by properly designing the gear ratio, the effect of speed reduction and torque increase can be achieved, providing a more appropriate power output for the equipment.

Shape and Angle: This gear set consists of two meshing bevel gears, with the axes of the two gears forming a 90-degree angle. This design allows for a change in the direction of power transmission, making the equipment layout more compact and rational, and meeting various installation and usage requirements.

Tooth Profile: Compared to straight bevel gears, helical teeth engage and exit gradually during meshing. This results in a greater number of teeth in engagement and a higher degree of overlap, resulting in a smoother transmission and effectively reducing vibration and noise during operation.
