A: There are a few steps as below:
1. You are kindly requested to offer us the 2D (PDF or CAD) or 3D
drawing with detailed requirements added;
2. Our engineer will analyze and offer technical support for any
infeasible design before making the best quotation accordingly;
3. Once the quotation is confirmed, you can start the sample order
or mass production.
4. The products will be made strictly as per your requirements in
our built-in workshop and inspected fully before shipping to you.
5. After service starts as soon as the goods are sent out.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: We accept 30 days' payment after the invoice. We suggest you
order through ALI Trade Assurance System with payment via Credit
Card, Paypal, or T/T as your preference.
Q: Can you help to create a drawing for us?
A: If you are not familiar with software drawing, you may draft the
design with all the dimensions, and our engineer will work out the
2D drawing with CAD accordingly.

Q: Do you provide a sample?
A: Yes, sample order is acceptable. It usually takes 8 to 10 days
depending on your specific requirements.

The dimension inspection report will be provided for your
