They can also be alloyed with other metals like molybdenum, nickel, or titanium to enhance their resistance to corrosion and heat.
2. Soft metals such as brass, bronze, titanium, and copper possess a variety of physical characteristics that make them suitable for specific applications. However, machining soft metals, especially those with high copper content, can be more challenging due to the high ductility of copper. Machining soft metals can lead to increased heat generation at the cutting site, greater tool wear, and galling, which is the accumulation of a gummy substance on the cutting edge of the tool. Titanium, in particular, is less rigid than other metals and requires a secure grip on the workpiece to ensure precision and accuracy. These factors can contribute to higher machining costs when working with soft metals.

A2: The time required to receive a sample depends on the specific items. Generally, it takes around 3-7 days.

Q3: What kind of information do you need to provide a quote?
A3: Please provide the product drawing in PDF format. It would be even better if you can provide it in STEP or IGS format.

Q4: What are the payment terms?
A4: We accept a 50% payment deposit. Once the goods are ready, we will provide photos for your inspection, and you can then pay the balance. For small amounts, we accept PayPal, with the PayPal commission added to the order. For larger amounts, T/T (bank transfer) is preferred.

Q5: How are the goods delivered?
A5: We deliver the products through a courier company.

Q6: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A6: We are a direct factory with 13 experienced engineers and a team of 70-100 employees. Our workshop area covers approximately 3,000 square meters.

Q7: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A7: If you don't have drawings, please send us a sample of the product. We can either replicate the sample or provide you with better solutions. If you can provide pictures or drafts with dimensions (length, height, width), we can create a CAD or 3D file for you once the order is placed.

Q8: Can we get some samples before starting mass production?
A8: Absolutely. We can provide samples before proceeding with mass production.
