Application

These power cable for fixed installations such as distribution networks or industrial installations. Such as Plant engineering;Industrial machinery; Heating and air-conditioning systems; Power stations; Stage applications etc.

Conductor: Solid Aluminum or Copper conductor, round stranded or shaped, Class 2 to BS 6460, IEC 60228.

Insulation: XLPE/PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) type TI1

Colour Code 1 Core : Brown 2 Cores: Brown or Blue 3 Cores: Brown, Black, Grey 4 Cores: Blue, Brown, Black, Grey 5 Cores: Green-yellow, Blue, Brown, Black, Grey Above 5 Cores: White Cores with black numbers

Filler(optional) PVC or Polypropylene yarn Binder Tape(optional) Polyester (Mylar) tape

Standard
The product is manufactured according to the standard of GB12706,IEC60502,and BS6346, VDE, AS/NZS, UL, etc or as customer's request.

Usage:
The product is suitable for use in power distribution lines or fixed installations with rated power- frequency voltage up to and including 1Kv, AC 50Hz.

1,Operating Features:
The maximum conductor operating temperature: 90°C
During short circuit (lasting less than 5 seconds) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 250°C
Environment temperature should be no lower than 0°C for laying the cable.
2,Bending Radius of the Cable:
Single Core Cable: Non Armored Cable 20D, Armored Cable 15D
Cores Cable: Non Armored Cable 15D, Armored Cable 12D.
Remarks: D means practical external diameter of the cable

2. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

We normally accept T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated. Trade assurance on is also available.
