Application
Quadruplex ABC cable used to supply 3 phase power, usually from a
polemounted transformer, to the user's service head where
connection to the service entrance cable is made. To be used at
voltages of 600 volts or less phase to phase and at conductor
temperatures not to exceed 75°C for polyethylene insulation 90°C
maximum for crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors
Construction
The phase conductors are concentrically stranded compressed
1350-H19 aluminum and insulated polyethylene or crosslinked
polyethylene(XLPE), The neutral messengers are concentrically
stranded AAC, ACSR, or 6201 aluminum alloy.The conductors are
manufactured with ridges for phase identification(one conductor
with one ridge,one conductor with two ridges ,one conductor is
plain).

1. Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes.
2. Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded.
3. Aluminum Conductor, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel
Reinforced (ACSR).
4. Concentric-Lay-Stranded 6201-T81 Conductors.
5. Compressed Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors Using Single Input
Wire.
Insulation: PVC, XLPE, PE

Main characteristics
Decreases energy theft, cross-linked polyethylene allows more
current capacity and high insulation resistance, lower inductive
reactance than with bare conductors, used in overhead distribution
lines. Increased safety due to its mechanical strength and
toughness of the insulation. Insulators are not necessary for
installation. Resistance to abrasion, weather and sunlight.
