Application
XLPE insulated aerial cable as a new-type aerial cable is used for
overhead electric power transmission and distribution, extensively
used in rebuilding of urban and forest region electrified wire
netting. It improves the safety and reliance of electrified wire
netting.
Construction:
Conductor : Compact stranded hard drawn AAC, AAAC (either compressed or full compact depending on
conductor size) or ACSR
Conductor shield: Semi-conducting cross-linkedin polythylene
Insulation: track-resistant high-density polyethylene (TR-HDPE)
Sheath: Track-Resistant Cross-linked Polyethylene (TK_XLPE)
Operating Characteristics
Operating voltage: 10kV, 11kv 15kv 24kv 25kv 35kv
Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor with
XLPE insulation: 90°C
Max. temperature of conductor during short-circuit (5s max.
duration) shall not exceed: 250°C
The ambient temperature under installation should not be lower
than: -20°C
The bending radius of cable is recommended as following:
Single core cable: not less than 20 times of the diameter of cable
Multi-core cable: not less than 15 times of the diameter of cable

How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the
samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be
sent to you via express and arrive in 3~7 days. You can use your
own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
What are your payment terms?
We normally accept T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery as
the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.
Trade assurance on is also available.
What’s the delivery time?
Sample order needs 3~5 days. Formal order depends on the quantity.
Usually it needs 7-30 days after get your payment.
