CCS is commonly used in the telecommunications industry for making
coaxial cables, which are used for transmitting television,
telephone, and internet signals. CCS wires and cables offer a
cost-effective alternative to solid copper wires and cables, while
still providing good electrical performance..
Construction:
CCS wire is formed through electroplating method(taking steel wire
as the core and depositing the copper layer evenly on the surface
of the steel core) and cladding method (Cladding planished copper
stripe concentrically on the outer surface of the steel core).
CCS wire can be divided into six types by conductivity,
15%CCS,18%CCS,21%CCS, 25%CCS, 30%CCS,40%CCS,and two mechanical
status: Annealed (A) and Hard drawn(H).
