Room temperature structure of ordinary brass ordinary brass is a copper zinc binary alloy, and its zinc content varies widely, so its room temperature structure is also very different. According to the Cu Zn binary state diagram, there are three kinds of room temperature microstructure of brass: brass with zinc content less than 35% has a single-phase microstructure at room temperature α Solid solution composition, called α Brass; The microstructure of brass with zinc content in the range of 36% ~ 46% at room temperature is composed of two phases, called( α+β) Brass (two phase brass); For brass containing more than 46% ~ 50% zinc, the microstructure at room temperature is only composed of β Phase composition, called β Brass.H59 is the cheapest brass with high strength, hardness and good plasticity, but it can still withstand pressure processing well in the hot state. Its corrosion resistance is general, and other properties are similar to H62.

Moreover, according to our accumulated experience and know-how, we can control the size of metallographic structure (carbide grain size). Annealing process after plating of JLC (Low cost clad metal) make plating metal and base metal bond strongly by diffusion bonding structure at the interface between two materials.
