Main applications:① For general use: processing household
appliances, such as sinks, etc., can reinforce door panels, etc.,
or strengthen kitchen utensils and so on.② Construction industry:
light steel keel, roof, ceiling, wall, retaining board, rain,
rolling shutter door, warehouse inside and outside board,
insulation pipe shell, etc.③ Household appliances: refrigerators,
washing machines, showers, vacuum cleaners and other home
appliances in the reinforcement and protection.④ Automobile
industry: large cars, trucks, trailers, luggage cars, refrigerated
car parts, garage doors, wipers, mudboards, fuel tanks, water
tanks, etc.⑤ Industrial industry: as the base material of stamping
materials, it will be used in bicycles, digital products, armored
cables and so on.⑥ Other aspects: equipment box cover, electro
cabinet, dashboard, office furniture, etc.
Main production process:① The first stage - the whole roll of strip
steel pickling rust removal, decontamination, to achieve a bright
and clean surface.② After the second stage - pickling, ammonium
chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and
zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution tank for cleaning, and then
into the hot dip plating tank, hot dip galvanizing.③ The third
stage - strip galvanized after the disk storage, galvanized layer
can be according to customer requirements, generally not less than
500g/ square meter, any sample shall not be less than 480g/ square
meter.
