Features and uses of Centrifugal Casting Machines :

Working principle of Centrifugal Casting Machines
The centrifuge uses the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to
separate, concentrate or purify cells (particles) with different
densities in the solution under the action of centrifugal force.
Place the centrifuge tube containing the same amount of test
solution symmetrically in the test tube hole of the rotor. After
starting the instrument, the relative centrifugal force (RCF)
generated by the motor driving the rotor to rotate at a high speed
separates cells (particles) with different densities in the test
solution. The size depends on the horizontal distance from the
position of the sample to the axis, that is, the radius of rotation
r and the rotational speed n.
Features of CGF variable speed centrifugal technology:
Accelerate for 30 seconds, the speed reaches 2700rpm, after
rotating for 2min, reduce to 2400rpm, rotate for 4min, then
accelerate to 2700rpm for 4min,
3300rpm for 3min, and finally decelerate for 36 seconds to stop.
This automatic high and low speed can avoid the destruction of
growth factors in the blood, and prepare various growth factors
required for clinical practice.
