Introduction:
Uhf induction heating equipment is mostly used for surface quenching of industrial metal parts, which is a metal heat treatment method that generates a certain induction current on the surface of the workpiece, rapidly heats the high frequency surface of the parts and then rapidly quenches. Ultra-audio induction heating equipment, that is, the workpiece induction heating for surface hardening equipment.

Applications:

1 Shafts and gears are hardened, bores are quenched, and the quenching depth is up to 2mm or less.
2.Carbon steel screws and stainless steel screws are heated and glued.
3. Sawtooth continuous hardening, annealing or quenching of stainless or alloy steel wire.

4.Carbide sawtooth welding, cross to welding, communication cable connector welding, filter capacitor welding.

5.Welding of metal pipe joints, continuous welding of globe valves.
