Ball Mill Introduction:
Ball Mill is a type of grinder used to grind materials into an
extremely fine powder mainly for use in the mineral processing
industry. Ball Mills can grind various ores and other materials
either wet or dry, depending on requirements. Ball Mill is a key
equipment to grind the crushed materials, which is widely used in
the manufacturing industries, such as cement, silicate, new
building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal,

Ball Mill Structure:
Ball mill is composed of feeding device, discharge device, rotation
device ,speed reducer, small transmission gears, motor, and
electric control part. The Hollow Shaft is made of cast iron, the
inner plates can be changed, the large rotating gears are
manufactured by the casting process, and inside the cylinder is
equipped the wear-resistant plates, it has good abrasion
resistance. The machine is running smoothly, it works reliably.
Ball Mill Features
1. High-efficiency. Baichy ball mill adopts rolling bearing support
instead of sliding bearing support with bearing bush. Therefore, it
can save energy by 10-20%.
2. Simple structure, easy maintenance. Ball mill is mainly composed
of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part
(reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control).
Convenient installation and debugging , easy to operate.
3. High processing capacity,obvious continuous operation

As to the environmental protection, we adopt a special design. The
noise is less than 80Db (A) through the noise reduction device,
vibration reduction of the equipment and some soft connections. By
using a high-quality filter bag, the dust emission is less than
20mg / m3.
The electronic control system uses program control to control the
entire production process, from the feed silo, grinding and
classification, to product packaging.

beneficiation, modification, granulation, transformation and
