1.2 Introduction Of PD1200 Hard Biscuit Production Line:
- Biscuit can be grouped into hard biscuit, soft biscuit, cookie
biscuit, according to the formula, process, and different forming
method.
- Hard Biscuit production line is generally composed of a feeding
machine(if producing the soda biscuit or chocolate coated biscuit,
another lamination process is needed), a set of dough roller,
through the dough rolling and dough sheet, then through the roller
cutting machine, rest material recycing device, inlet oven machine,
the entire biscuit forming line.
- For soft biscuit and cookie biscuit production line, only the
forming machine and inlet oven machine can be the whole forming
process.
- In order to increase the biscuit types and characteristies,
customer can allocate the sugar & salt sprinkling machine, egg
spraying machine, egg painting machine, calico printing machine,
etc.
- The oven is to make the formed biscuit into delicious food. You can
choose different types of bakery oven.

※ Hard Biscuit Forming Machine: Depending on different molds, this machine can form different

※ Tunnel Oven: Baking Scope--bread, cake, moon cake, biscuit, toast baguette and
other kinds of similar food.
※ Sugar Spreading machine: It can spread sugar, salt, sesame, sliced peanut crisp on surface
of biscuit, it will work out more different biscuit.
※ Oil Sprayer: Spraying eatable oil on surface of biscuit, develop its taste and
quality.
※ Swerving machine: It can be used for cooling and saving factory space if there is
not enough meters in length .
※ Biscuit cooling and conveyor: For natural cooling and delivery for the next step of the

※ Stacking machine: After cooling, this machine will stack these cool biscuit in lines
