at a high temperature of 550-700 and decomposes into pyrolysis oil,
which is used as fuel in ceramic factories, glass factories, power
plants, steel factories, boiler factories, etc. to realize the
recycling of waste resources.

Output product and application
Fuel oil (50%-75%)
1. The main product - fuel oil produced by waste pyrolysis machine
is widely used for industrial and commercial purposes. This fuel
oil is a kind of good heating fuel that can be applied for boiler
factories, cement factories, glass factories, steel mills, etc.
2. It also can be refined to diesel by the distillation machine.
The distillation diesel can be used for diesel engines.
Carbon black (30%-35%)
1. It can be pressed into pellets for use in industrial heating.
2. It can be ground and refined into different standards.
Flammable Gas (8%-10%)
1. Recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of
coal/wood/oil/natural gas.
2. Storage the extra gas to restart the next batch.
Main features
A. Energy saving
1. The flame path is designed as a spiral so that the quantity of
heat can be fully used.
2. The syngas is recycled to heating furnace for burning, thus
saving your heating fuel.
3. The insulation cover is formed by 3 layers: steel plate, rock
wool, and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation effect
helps save fuel.
B. High oil yield: Larger condensation area to ensure sufficient condensation of oil
gas into liquid oil.
B. Long service life
1. The material of the reactor is Q345R/Q245R boiler plate with
16/18mm thickness which is produced by a Chinese well-known
enterprise. The head of the reactor and accessories are using
one-piece molding shell cover rather than a welded plate.
2. The rollers are engineered underfeeding port and oil outlet port
which are external to the heating area to bring perfect rotating
balance and longer service life.
