Control Water-Based Stencil Cleaner
Water based stencil cleaner is used the water based solvent as the
cleaning liquid, apply high pressure spraying cleaning and
ringsing, also hot air drying to fulfill all the process, mainly
for cleaning stencil, plastic mesh,PCB/PCBA, squeegee etc.
Features
1. Used to clean stencils, PCBA, etc, with the water-based solvent,
adapt high pressure spray system.
2, The whole process including cleaning, ringing and drying, cleaning process: cleaning chemical isolation - rinsing (open
loop/closed loop) - drying.

pressure gauge, feedback the equipment running status in time .
7. Drift lotion resistivity monitoring, ensure the cleanliness, the
resistivity can be set up, meet the demand of different halftone
technique.
8, Touch screen panel control, usind stable and reliable imported
brand color touch-screen, can pre-setting solvent temperature,
cleaning time, rinse times/time, rinse temperature, drying time,
drying temperature, electrical conductivity monitoring parameters
and so on.
9, Stepper motor control spray lance reciprocating spraying, can
choose spraying area.
10. Integral high quality stainless steel fuselage, strong and
durable, anti-acid, alkali cleaning fluid, anti-rust, etc.
11. Water circulation system: Independent cleaning liquid
tank,rinsing liquid tank equipped with stainless steel precision
filter, according to need to replace filter element to ensure
