This automatic Multiple blade PCB depaneling machine adopts multiple groups upper and down blade for separating, max can install 3 groups blade,each group blade can install and unload different size mesotrons to fit different width panels separating requirement.

The machine use the computer screen control with a counting device, which you can use to preset the processing production,and the space of cutting tool is visible on the screen.

2, By customized the mesotrons to fit the width of each V-cut lines, the mesotrons used for fix the blades, different boards need different mesotrons.

3, Min distance between balde is 3mm, blade thickness is 0.2mm.

4, The blade base can install and unload freely, max can install 3 groups blade base.

5, The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, Infrared light curtain sensor, high security.
