Function
Introduction
This machine(HS-300) is the blade moving PCB separator, using upper
circular and down linear blade design,before cutting, put the
v-groove onto the linear blade,the upper circular blade moving to
finish spearating, the force stress is relative low, the board
don't need move will protect the components on the board, avoid
damaging.
Features
1. The tool material is imported SKH7 high-speed steel. Long
service life, the blade can be reground when unfavorable.
2.The upper knife is installed to protect the blade, safe
operation, to prevent accidental collision safety and security.
3.With infrared sensing device for safety protection, when human
hands or foreign objects enter the working area, the knife will
stop to avoid injuries caused by human negligence.
4.Installation of high-frequency eye protection lighting device to
prevent work errors when operating in the shadow environment and
enhance the efficiency of the operator.
5.Increase the conveyor belt line, split the board can
automatically flow out, improve the efficiency of split boards.
